As a key player in the Halton Region, you will manage daily operations for a portfolio of condominium properties. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years in property management, showcasing their solid communication and technical skills. Your leadership will direct onsite personnel and maintain relationships with owners and trades for optimum service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop robust relationships with owners and trades
• Supervise onsite personnel including cleaners and security officers
• Create and manage budgets with P&L; responsibility
• Chair Board of Directors meetings regularly
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
• Valid CMRAO Limited or General License
• 2+ years of Condominium Property Management experience
• Proficiency with Buildium and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle for site visits
