Lead defense programs at Irradiant Technologies as a Program Manager. Oversee execution of DARPA and ARL contracts while managing multidisciplinary teams and customer relationships.

The experienced Program Manager will own the daily delivery across multiple defense projects. This role includes direct engagement with engineering teams, managing contracts and compliance, and supporting recent business initiatives. You will work closely with the VP of Engineering and ensure that all milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own program delivery and execution across defense programs
• Direct cross-functional engineering teams towards successful project goals
• Manage relationships with DARPA, ARL, and other defense clients




• Oversee contract modifications and compliance adherence
• Support current business capture strategies and proposal writing

Requirements:
• 10+ years in defense, aerospace, or deep-tech project management
• Success in managing DARPA or similar contracts
• Proven experience with engineering team leadership
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and DCAA compliance
• Excellent communication skills and U.S. citizenship
