Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain skilled customer relations and service excellence
• Conduct equipment maintenance, repairs, and technical training
• Participate in planning and prioritizing project work




• Ensure health and safety standards are met in office
• Conduct monthly inspections and dispatch technicians

Requirements:
• 10 years in HVAC or similar role with Journeyperson certification
• Refrigeration license and ODP card necessary
• Gas Fitter 1 certification required
• Solid presentation and training skills
• Familiarity with Ainsworth products beneficial
