We are seeking an experienced and motivated salesperson to help with the growth of our landscaping and property maintenance division to commercial and residential clients. You will generate and develop client relationships for landscaping and property maintenance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, track, and pursue opportunities with commercial and residential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Present our landscaping and property maintenance options effectively to clients, highlighting financial, environmental, and operational advantages

Requirements

- Experience in construction sales
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the commercial or industrial sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
- Clean appearance, clean automobile, valid drivers license and willingness to travel
- Clean security check and background check
