Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership while upholding the company's vision and values.
- Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet tight deadlines.
- Manage your team's performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage workload and individual performance of unionized employees.
- Ensure continuous improvement, notably through the problem‑solving process.
- Coach your team (15–25 employees) to develop their talent within the organization.
- Identify,
document and standardize key processes that lead to achieving objectives.
- Optimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Profile Management experience in a unionized environment, ideally in manufacturing or aerospace.
- Excellent management skills.
- Strong leadership, judgement and flexibility; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Results‑oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure and with a strong sense of urgency.
- Solid communication skills.
- Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in French and English.
