You will gather in-depth information on each role and utilize this to identify the top talent that fits each position perfectly. Your duties will also include, but not be limited to:Carrying out end to end recruitment; from finding resumes togetting contracts signedDeveloping and fostering a strong candidate networkCoordinating and preparing individuals for interviewsAttending client intake sessions to gain insightful knowledge on each positionMaintaining contact with candidates to ensure a smooth transitionCollaborating with team members to create a seamless and cohesive workflowCommunicating with the utmost professionalism in order to maintain Options Consulting Solutions’ strong reputationMeeting monthly targets, both as a team and individuallyWhat you bring to the jobAttitude is everything.
