Medcan is seeking an Echo Technologist for our Oakville location. Engage in critical diagnostic procedures such as echo scans and ensure top-notch patient service.

This position requires technical expertise in conducting echo sonography and a solid understanding of patient care protocols. You'll work Monday to Saturday, contributing to a supportive and energetic healthcare workplace while traveling to Toronto for initial training on specialized technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct echo sonography examinations and CIMT testing
• Ensure all exams comply with safety protocols
• Evaluate patient preparation for each procedure
• Collaborate with staff for optimal patient flow
• Document all findings accurately for physician review

Requirements:
• Completed post-diploma Echocardiography program
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Required CMRITO certification for Echocardiography
• Experience with CIMT and FibroScan preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PACS
