The successful candidate will support the Infrastructure and Water Services team, working closely with Design Engineers and Senior Engineering Technicians. You will engage in drafting for engineering projects related to water, wastewater, and solid waste. This role requires excellent attention to detail and an understanding of civil, structural, and mechanical engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform design drafting for various engineering projects
• Collaborate with engineers to establish design parameters
• Create drawings for construction and mapping stages




• Verify the accuracy of design information and measurements
• Assist geomatics staff with survey collections

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant drafting experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of survey practices and GPS systems
• Registration with the Applied Science Technologist and Technicians of BC
