Aquatera is seeking a Reliability Engineer who will report to the asset manager and focus on optimizing maintenance strategies, reliability engineering, and asset lifecycle management. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of infrastructure, working in a team-oriented setting with operations and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety culture through inspections and audits
• Implement maintenance and reliability best practices
• Monitor reliability analytics and KPIs
• Lead root cause failure analysis investigations
• Develop maintenance strategies using RCM methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in reliability engineering
• Experience with CMMS technology
• Proven ability in leading RCFA investigations
