This part time role involves developing and implementing evangelism and discipleship programs. You will recruit, train, and equip volunteers while connecting church members with newcomers. Build meaningful relationships to integrate individuals into the church culture and support their faith journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop outreach strategies to engage the community
• Launch and oversee programs like Alpha and Love Current Canadians
• Provide pastoral care and discipleship to current members




• Maintain systems for tracking contacts and follow-ups
• Prepare reports on engagement activities and outreach efforts
Requirements:
• Formal post-secondary education in Theological studies
• 2 years of experience in spiritual care or social services
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to engage in church membership
