This internship at Kepler Communications provides an exciting chance to work on our FPGA code, develop current functionalities, and design custom IP for both satellites and ground stations. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program and available for a full-time internship starting January 2027, ideally in our Toronto office to foster teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update FPGA code for SDR and SDN
• Create custom IP for satellite features
• Integrate support for various sensor interfaces
• Handle high-speed protocols, including 10G Ethernet
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Proficiency in Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
• Actively pursuing a Canadian undergraduate degree
• Commitment to a full time schedule for 4–16 months
• Willingness to work in the Toronto office when necessary
