As a Health Care Aide, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care services, supporting daily living activities according to care plans. This position demands collaboration with nurses and maintaining patient safety, while also focusing on effective communication across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to support daily patient activities
• Assist nursing staff with routine patient care duties
• Maintain safety protocols for patients and staff
• Communicate effectively with patients and specialists
• Work under the supervision of regulated health personnel
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
• One year of diverse care experience
• Current CPR certification
• Willing to travel and work various shifts
