Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to crisis line inquiries and stabilize situations
• Create intervention and safety plans for individuals
• Perform risk assessments and connect clients to services
• Partner with police during mobile intervention assessments
• Attend community meetings to promote service availability
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant health profession
• Minimum of 3 years in a mental health role
• Proficient in crisis theory and intervention practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Canadian driver's license and necessary clearances
