In this key advisory role, you will report to the Talent & Workforce Lead, focusing on enhancing Indigenous participation across all business areas. Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with Indigenous communities, facilitating educational partnerships, and improving recruitment practices. You will play a significant part in shaping an inclusive workplace that promotes long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and promote Indigenous employment opportunities
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning initiatives
• Develop a robust Indigenous talent pipeline
• Coordinate Indigenous recruitment efforts and initiatives
• Track employment metrics and outcomes
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; degree in HR or related fields preferred
• At least 2 years' experience with Indigenous organizations
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office; conflict resolution skills appreciated
