Key Responsibilities:
• Track operations and maintenance packages for projects
• Ensure field supervisors receive accurate project documents
• Manage requests for information from consultants
• Coordinate project control numbers with the Senior Estimator
• Attend key site meetings for project updates
Requirements:
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license
• Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or business
• Experience in administrative or coordination roles
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• Transparent communication skills, both written and verbal
