This position operates within the Planning & Development Services department, directly reporting to the Manager and Senior Planner. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and provide recommendations on subdivision planning
• Lead and review applications for development and agreements
• Represent the County on various planning committees




• Provide technical advice and promote program improvement
• Advance non-statutory plans and studies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or closely related field
• Understanding of Alberta's municipal planning context
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and design software
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory criminal background check
• Eligible to work in Canada
