• Resolve technical and global issues through tailored solutions
• Maintain network diagrams and departmental documentation
• Oversee IT projects and coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Solid problem identification and solution proposal abilities
• Mastery of MS Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, and VoIP technology
• Positive knowledge of storage area networks and RF systems
• Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations
