Babcock seeks a Sustainment Project Manager to oversee critical submarine projects in Ottawa, Victoria, or Halifax. Drive project management excellence through military and naval support to ensure operational readiness.

In this key role, you will manage sustainment projects for Canada’s Victoria Class Submarines, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sustainment Projects. With a focus on project lifecycle management, you’ll lead a diverse team to ensure deliverables are met efficiently and effectively, employing risk management to mitigate schedule impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to close-out
• Lead planning and execution of sustainment initiatives
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders




• Engage stakeholders and subcontractors to fulfill commitments
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards

Requirements:
• 4+ years managing small to medium complexity projects
• Degree or diploma in Project Management or related field
• PMP certification in positive standing
• Technical experience in the Naval or Marine sector
• Eligible for Security Clearance
