As a Wastewater Collection Operator, you will be part of the Public Works team ensuring effective management of wastewater systems. With responsibilities that include operating and maintaining wastewater systems, performing repairs, and monitoring SCADA systems, your skills will directly impact community infrastructure. You will also address public inquiries, compile reports, and support various departmental functions as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain wastewater pumping and storm water stations




• Perform minor repairs on lift station components
• Monitor the SCADA system for operational processes
• Record work performed for reporting and compliance
• Address inquiries and concerns professionally

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma and OIT certification
• MECP operator certification in Wastewater Collection
• Experience in wastewater system operations
• Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations
• Solid mechanical and computer skills
