As a Team Leader at DBG, you will report to the Production Manager and play a key role in supervising specific operational functions. With advanced knowledge in at least one job classification, your responsibilities will include directly supporting production operations and assisting with training. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Optimize production manpower and resources effectively




• Maintain documentation to meet government and company policies
• Support training initiatives for team members as needed

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma with preferred DBG experience
• 5+ years in a manufacturing setting
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Forklift certificate and First Aid certification are assets
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
