Embark on a career journey as a Carpenter Apprentice at Key Lake Mine, Saskatchewan. Engage in industrial construction tasks centered around concrete assembly and scaffold installations with a 14 on/7 off schedule.
Jardeg is recruiting Carpenter Apprentices for upcoming projects at Cameco’s Key Lake site, known for its high-grade uranium production. This fly-in, fly-out position places emphasis on core carpentry skills, including assisting with concrete work and general site layout. Successful candidates will contribute to maintaining organized and secure work settings while learning from experienced tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in building forms for concrete structures
• Help with forming and pouring of concrete slabs
• Support general site layout and organization
• Build and install scaffolding and work decks
• Study blueprints for effective work planning
Requirements:
• Registered Carpenter Apprentice status preferred
• CSTS-2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications
• Valid Driver's License mandatory
• Satisfactory drug and alcohol test completion
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
