Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in System Administration, ideally with Salesforce
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Experience in data analysis and process modeling
• Hands-on experience eliciting requirements from users
