Key responsibilities include designing technical solutions, maintaining documentation, and providing support across multiple technologies. You will also ensure the alignment with Agnico Eagle's health and safety culture while managing IT projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement solutions for technical issues
• Develop and maintain standard procedures and best practices
• Provide advanced support across a range of technologies




• Document changes in the IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Oversee IT projects and collaborate with different stakeholders

Requirements:
• Solid leadership and self-governance skills
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Active Directory
• Knowledge of routers, switches, and VoIP systems
• Familiarity with VMWare products and SAN technologies
• Good understanding of RF systems and Linux
