The Staff Pharmacist will assist the Pharmacy Manager in optimizing pharmacy operations at Walmart. You will be responsible for ensuring prescriptions are filled safely and efficiently, as well as providing vital patient services such as medication reviews. Collaborating with the Qualified Services District Manager will be key to achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fill prescriptions accurately and promptly
• Counsel patients on medication usage and eligibility for services
• Ensure all medications are stored properly and confidentially
• Develop working relationships with district management
• Follow Walmart's SOPs and operate pharmacy equipment
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Valid Pharmacist License required
• Secondary permit in Alberta preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous pharmacy experience is beneficial
