WCL is seeking an experienced Underground Track Loader Operator for our Water & Sewer Construction projects. Support our teams with material handling and trench operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
As a Track Loader Operator at WCL, your expertise will directly impact our underground water and sewer construction efforts. You'll work closely with trench crews and maintain equipment while ensuring seamless operation in tight work areas. A solid emphasis on safety and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate track loaders for material handling and trench support
• Manage backfill and trench spoil around underground services
• Assist pipe layers and foremen as required
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of equipment
• Uphold safety standards in congested job sites
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in underground or heavy civil construction
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• WHMIS & CSTS 2020 certification (or willing to obtain)
• Robust knowledge of trench safety
• Reliable and punctual with a team-focused mindset
