In this full-time position, you will report to the Director of Career Education and play a key role in evolving traditional career services into a more strategic approach. Collaborate with diverse students to help them build their qualified identity and navigate their career paths with tailored support and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach students in career exploration and goal setting
• Apply Life Design principles for identity alignment
• Partner with faculty to embed career development in curricula
• Integrate insights from employers into coaching
• Monitor engagement and results for program enhancement
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education or related fields
• Qualified coaching certification preferred
• Extensive experience in career development or higher education
• Knowledge of labour market trends and employability skills
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
