In this role, you will report to the Hardware Design Manager, leading the hardware product development from concept to production. Your expertise in manufacturing and mechanical design will drive the creation of technology that solves real-world infrastructure challenges. Collaboration with teams across disciplines will ensure successful product launches and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own recent product design processes from concept to production
• Drive hardware design to meet schedules and cost targets




• Collaborate with Electrical and Manufacturing teams
• Lead hands-on prototyping and resolve assembly issues
• Manage supplier relationships and optimize hardware capabilities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in hardware design
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD tools
• Knowledge of DFMs, DFAs, and DFTs
• Solid experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
