ITProFound is seeking a Junior Application Support Specialist for the Province of Ontario in Toronto. This onsite role emphasizes IBM technologies and cloud deployment automation skills.

In this 12-month position, you will focus on supporting application functionalities and deployments using IBM WebSphere, DataPower, and related tools. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring middleware performance and ensuring compliance with ITIL processes for incident and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support IBM WebSphere Application Server NDM and Liberty
• Work with IBM DataPower for application management
• Automate deployments using Urban Code Deploy and Velocity




• Monitor middleware performance with ITCAM and Dynatrace
• Apply ITIL processes for incident and change management

Requirements:
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere and DataPower
• Experience with Urban Code tools
• Familiarity with cloud tech: OpenShift and Kubernetes
• Understanding of ITIL Incident Management
• Background in Middleware Monitoring tools
