Become a vital part of Anson Place Care Centre as a Personal Support Worker in Hagersville, Ontario. This in office role focuses on providing compassionate care and supporting daily living for residents.
This part-time position requires a commitment to resident safety and delivering high-quality physical and personal care. You will assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living, monitor their well-being, and provide support during emergencies. Your role also involves maintaining a positive setting and responding to the changing needs of those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities as per care plans
• Monitor well-being and respond to medical emergencies




• Document all activities related to daily living
• Facilitate dining service and resident admissions
• Provide first aid care until medical help arrives
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized PSW program
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
• Empathetic to the needs of seniors
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Transparent vulnerable sector screening and recent TB test
