Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role supports accounting functions for assigned properties and processes full-cycle accounting for smaller properties. The ideal candidate has solid organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and is proficient in various accounting software, including Yardi. You'll also work closely with Property Accountants to ensure efficient financial operations across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process full cycle accounts payable and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with accounts receivable and tenant deposits




• Support preparation of monthly financial statements
• Reconcile general ledger accounts for smaller properties
• Maintain purchase order systems and electronic filing
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in property management accounting
• Transparent communication skills in writing and speaking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi
• Valid criminal record check
