This full time position demands a proactive approach in identifying and engaging talent for our Care Centers across North America. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, utilizing modern sourcing tools to create strong candidate pipelines and enhance the employer brand. Foster an inclusive hiring environment, supporting diversity throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in developing proactive talent pipelines
• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates
• Perform candidate outreach and conduct screenings
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs
• Represent Gateway effectively at recruiting events
Requirements:
• Preferred Bachelor's degree for applicants
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing/talent acquisition
• Background in logistics or operations talent sourcing
• Robust communication and experience with ATS
• Must be open to travel as needed
