As a senior member of the Estate and Financial Planning Services team at Sun Life, your role will focus on delivering comprehensive financial plans for affluent clients. You will collaborate closely with Advisors and lead regional training initiatives to elevate their financial planning strategies. Your well-rounded experience will enable you to effectively execute planning strategies while ensuring superior service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design financial plans centered on client needs
• Conduct training for Sun Life Advisors
• Work with Advanced Case Managers to provide tailored solutions
• Remain informed on financial planning developments
• Build relationships with key stakeholders for growth
Requirements:
• CFP certification required, with TEP, CLU, or CPA as assets
• At least 5 years in financial planning or related field
• Familiarity with Conquest tools
• Robust communication and facilitation skills
• Proven track record of self-direction and teamwork
