We are seeking a Regular Full-Time Red Seal Automotive Technician for our Victoria Automotive Service Centre. In this key role, you will manage vehicle repairs, mentor apprentices, and uphold BCAA’s safety and operational excellence standards. Your excellent communication skills will help convey technical information effectively to members while fostering a cooperative atmosphere among your teammates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete repairs adhering to BCAA’s high standards
• Maintain a clean, secure work workplace




• Stay updated on vehicle technology advancements
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and team members
• Mentor apprentices and lube technicians accurately

Requirements:
• Automotive Red Seal Certificate
• Recent training in automotive technologies
• Three years as a Journeyperson Technician
• Clean BC Driver License Class 5 or better
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physical tasks
