Within a structured Monday to Friday schedule, you’ll balance case management duties with active youth programming engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Build protected and supportive relationships with youth
• Provide non-judgmental guidance tailored to individual needs
• Connect youths to essential life resources and services
• Mentor youth in establishing healthy peer relationships
• Document and report on youth progress and issues
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Services or similar
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with vulnerable populations
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Required criminal record check for vulnerable sector
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
