This strategically significant position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. It involves leading full-cycle recruitment and developing creative sourcing strategies to meet staffing needs. You will also provide operational leadership, ensuring excellence in recruitment processes while partnering with hiring managers to define effective talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized roles
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top applicants
• Conduct candidate assessments and lead offer negotiations
• Build diverse talent pipelines for future hiring
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
• Proficiency with Workday and related technologies
• Robust knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
