Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate comprehensive nursing services across PHC sites
• Promote health care outcomes through established practices

• Participate in evaluating health care initiatives in the area
• Deliver chronic disease management support

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or similar
• Minimum 2 years of related nursing experience
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) required
