This Calgary-based role is for a detail-oriented Accountant who thrives in a team-oriented workplace. You'll manage assigned accounting transactions, prepare customer invoices, and support financial planning by maintaining accurate records of contracts and prepaid expenses. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable invoices and corporate credit card transactions
• Generate customer sales invoices and manage receivables
• Record and reconcile transactions for revenue accuracy
• Maintain records for prepaid expenses and amortization
• Assist with month-end close activities and general accounting tasks
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable and reconciliations
• At least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Solid organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for professional emails
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
