You will develop preventative maintenance plans and track maintenance issues effectively while collaborating with the operations team. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to mill breakdowns
• Investigate equipment failures for root cause solutions
• Develop and document preventative maintenance plans

Requirements:
• College graduate with Electrical Technician Diploma
• 3+ years in electrical maintenance
• Solid knowledge of Rockwell systems
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
• Flexibility for rotating 12-hour shifts
