As a Journeyman Electrician/Instrumentation Technician at Bunge, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on maintaining electrical systems, troubleshooting breakdowns, and ensuring safety compliance. Your commitment to a zero-incident culture is vital as you lead electrical contractors and train apprentices, all while working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair electrical equipment and PLC/HMI systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Safely operate plant equipment,
including forklifts and aerial platforms
• Coordinate with vendors and keep accurate operational records
• Provide training and guidance to apprentices
Requirements:
• Interprovincial Journeyman certification required
• Robust instrumentation installation experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills essential
• Ability to work weekends and on-call
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC software an asset
