Take charge as a full time Platoon Supervisor in emergency communications with the Canadian Public Safety Operations Organization in Regina, Saskatchewan. Guide and enhance team operations while supporting public safety.

In this permanent position, you’ll bring your leadership skills to a busy operational workplace focused on emergency services. With at least four years of relevant experience, you will coach teams, promote operational readiness, and ensure quality communication. Your role directly impacts the emergency response support across Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the Public Safety Communicators team
• Ensure operational efficiency and readiness of communications
• Create a high-performance culture within the team




• Manage technology systems within PECC South
• Facilitate and support effective communication practices

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in emergency response fields
• Proficient in multiple software systems and accurate typing
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Must pass criminal record and background screenings
