You will support the Nakonha:ka Regional Council’s mission in line with the Toward 2035 framework. This role demands at least four years of experience in congregational outreach or community service, focusing on building diverse faith communities. Key Responsibilities:
• Advance comprehensive strategies within Toward 2035
• Build connections with existing faith-based organizations
• Encourage the development of recent faith communities
• Use qualitative and quantitative data for community programs
• Foster a culture of invitation and outreach
Requirements:
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• At least four years in cutting-edge leadership
• Degree in theology, social services or related field
• Solid skills in fundraising and project management
• Experience in diverse cultural settings
