You will lead project teams, manage overall project documentation in Procore, and ensure quality delivery of projects across diverse sectors including Corporate, Education, and more. Your ability to foster client relationships will be essential to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project startup activities including issuing contracts
• Supervise project documentation like schedules and change orders
• Work closely with Site Superintendents to meet project objectives




• Liaise with architects and clients to resolve issues
• Control project budgets and prepare monthly claims

Requirements:
• At least 5 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Solid knowledge of construction sequencing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and independent working ability
• Flexibility to travel across Alberta when required
