Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Finance is responsible for comprehensive leadership in finance and accounting at BC Parks Foundation. You will oversee budgeting and forecasting tasks, ensure compliance with Canadian standards, and mentor the finance team for better operational outcomes. This role is crucial in automating financial processes to maximize efficiency using BCPF’s ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a resource for the CEO and Board in financial matters
• Lead day-to-day finance operations and build team capacity




• Review processes for compliance and train the finance team
• Partner in developing strategic annual budgets
• Ensure all regulatory filings are completed promptly

Requirements:
• CPA designation required for this role
• At least 10 years in finance, with senior leadership experience
• Knowledge of non-profit sector finance
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and optimizations
• Proven leadership skills in finance team development
