In this full time role, you'll report to the Regional Operations Manager, leading Technicians to deliver outstanding utility locating services. Your expertise in workforce planning and performance management will enhance both team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Building solid client relationships is key to succeeding in this essential position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of Technicians ensuring service excellence
• Coordinate daily tasks, balancing workloads efficiently
• Implement performance management and staff coaching




• Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and legislation
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Proven supervisory experience in utility locating
• Background in underground infrastructure operations
• Solid communication skills and customer service orientation
• Successful completion of driving records and background checks
