Key Responsibilities:
• Advise the business team on legal matters and strategies
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts
• Supervise the work of external legal advisors
• Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives
• Perform independent legal research as needed
Requirements:
• LLB/JD and Bachelor’s Degree essential
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Canadian law
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial Real Estate law in BC
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask
