Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal analysis on state and federal laws




• Research and advise on Child Safety and Permanency issues
• Draft and negotiate technical contracts and agreements
• Assist in developing enforceable grant programs
• Serve as Minnesota Government Data Practices designee

Requirements:
• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Current Minnesota law license in valuable standing
• 5 years of legal practice experience
• 1 year in a leadership role
• Experience with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act
