In this role, you will manage the project lifecycle while ensuring scientific milestones are met across Recent and Existing Product Development pipelines. DECIEM's mission is to disrupt the beauty industry, and your project management expertise will facilitate collaboration among scientific teams and production staff to bring creative products to market effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate cross-departmental workflows for project success
• Communicate updates and manage project risks




• Oversee formula transfers to commercial production
• Ensure accuracy in costing dashboards
• Implement a standardized communication process

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a supporting role
• Minimum 3 years in Project Management in cosmetics
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Science or Cosmetics
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS-Office
• Project Management Institute certification preferred
