As a Manager, you will be a professional member of our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team in one of our offices (Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver). In Canada, our FAAS team consists of dedicated financial reporting and accounting advisory professionals in eight locations across the country.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Engagement management: Plan, manage and participate in engagements, research application of accounting standards, assess financial and governance processes, assist with accounting framework conversions, provide tailored training, etc.
- Deliverable preparation: Prepare client deliverables tailored to needs.
- Team supervision: Supervise engagement teams, delegate and review work, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and coaching.
- Client relationship: Build and maintain relationships with client management, understand industry drivers, stay informed of market and regulatory developments.
- People development: Encourage independent thinking, promote diversity and inclusiveness, use technology to share knowledge, attend training.
- Business development:



Prepare proposals and support business development plans through a professional network.
- Interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders nationally and globally, with bilingualism in French and English.

Ideal qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CA) required.
- Experience in application of IFRS, US GAAP, or ASPE.
- Audit or business experience with internal controls (SOX 404, NI 52‑109) preferred.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Teamwork and leadership dedication.
- Quick‑paced, dynamic team orientation.
- Bilingual capability in French and English.

Salary range for Toronto/Vancouver: $105,000 to $155,000.
