Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you'll be responsible for the efficiency of machinery and specialized equipment in the Engine Department. Ideal candidates have at least two years of relevant experience and are familiar with safety protocols and maintenance planning. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee secure operation of engine room machinery
• Implement Safety Management System across the Engine Department




• Organize daily maintenance and engine room tasks
• Maintain records of overtime for crew compliance
• Report machinery defects or irregularities promptly
Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience as Second Engineer
• Valid COC and marine medical certification
• Knowledge of diesel electric engines and propulsion systems
• Understanding of international marine regulations
• Ability to work in a multicultural team
