As a Heavy Duty Cleaner with GDI Services, you'll take charge of maintaining cleanliness in hard floor surfaces, carpets, bathrooms, and common areas. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, mopping, and cleaning specific surfaces, alongside collecting and disposing of trash. Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and wash inside floors, stairs, and surfaces
• Clean washrooms and restock necessary supplies daily




• Monitor for defects and report issues to supervisors
• Collect and dispose of building trash properly
• Perform high dusting and wall washing tasks
Requirements:
• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
• Must possess own transportation for travel
• Attention to detail and organization skills required
